Narrative
TIMONIUM, MD – A trash truck driver went to the hospital last Thursday after a major collision along the interstate in Timonium.
The accident occurred on the northbound side of I-83 near Timonium Road, which is just west of Loyola University.
Police haven’t yet disclosed the cause of the accident or the nature of the impact. They say the crash involved a trash truck and an 18-wheeler, and that the driver of the former vehicle became entrapped.
Following extrication, medics transported the trash truck driver to the hospital with undisclosed injuries.
It’s unclear if anyone else was hurt in the collision.
