CALUMET COUNTY, WI – A 52-year-old woman was left dead after her SUV collided with a dump truck Wednesday in Calumet County. The collision occurred around 7:30 am on Highway 114 and State Park Road, See Hafer News reported. Police said the woman’s view was obscured by the sun, which led to her going in front of the dump truck and her crashing into the vehicle. Her vehicle was slightly trapped and caught fire as a result.
